For US tax engagements, we obtain your written consent before any tax return information is disclosed to or processed by our team outside the United States, as required by IRC §7216; Social Security Numbers are handled in accordance with those rules. We are not a licensed CPA firm or law firm and do not provide legal advice. We maintain confidentiality and access controls for all client data and follow applicable US and Indian (DPDP Act, 2023) data-protection requirements.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you via email of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
